We’re dedicated to helping people change their lives through the power of effective communication, and offer our clients a customised approach based on personal goals, learning style, topics of interest and a flexible schedule.

Our goal is for our clients to show their professional and personal skills by speaking English as they do speaking their native language.

We are seeking English coaches who encompass the following skills:

• A natural ability to connect and empathise with different people. Experience interacting with professional executives or senior level personnel is highly regarded.
• Strong listening and conversational skills including an aptitude for asking smart questions around many topics or professions.
• The power to motivate and influence clients to achieve goals and continuously commit to the process.

Other prerequisites

• Native English speaker with a neutral accent raised and/or educated in an English-speaking country.
• ESL certification
• Coaching certification would be a plus!.
• Experience with IELTS, TOEFL or other English tests desirable.
• Teaching or coaching experience of at least 1 year.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Reliable computer equipment is an absolute must including webcam, headset and internet connection suitable for online, video conferencing work.
• Available for at least 10 hours per week, during peak hours (subject to demand). Monday to Friday; 7am-10am (GMT-5) and 4pm-9pm (GMT-5). Saturday and Sunday; 9am-1pm (GMT-5)
